The hotel is Ambala city and the building looks new. I was assigned a room on the top floor which had no lift and I had to use stairs. The room did not have Wi-Fi. I was told at the reception that I had booked a deluxe room which does not have Wi-Fi. But the hotel listing does not say that the Wi-F

a 2 star hotel with a banquet hall of 70-80 capacity and a restaurant which provides chinese and north indian food. one could also order food without onion and garlic. should try any dish with cheese it would be supereb.

They provide pure vegatarion food. If you don't want to eat non -veg so this is the best place for vegatarian and best food. We ate dinner. The service was good. The sitting arrangements were also good.

hotel amar palace is situated near aggarsian chownk ambala city.its food is very delicious. we will come here for whole life, because we love ambala and its hotels..the hotel is complete neat, clean and hygenic.thanks a lot!!!!!!

Few years back I stayed into the same hotel it was nice experience but now the rooms are also not much cleaned and bathrooms are also not well maintained. We had problem with hot water in bathroom. Overall experience was not good, though the staff is good. Please avoid 2nd floor as the hotel do not

We haven't ever stayed here but we keep coming back for the excellent Indian food here. Pricing is also quite fine. Suitable for a sit-down dinner or a Party. It is well located within proximity to the Highway as well as the Residential Colonies. Cleanliness & other hygiene factors are fine too.

I am an Ambalaite so have a fare idea of the city and hotels in and around the city. Amar Palace is one of the oldest and undauntedly the best of all in the old times. It used to be well managed and maintained hotel on various aspects of service, cleanliness, hygiene etc. However things have changed

It should be called a modern lodge rather hotel.service was very poor.basic facilities like handtowel etc is not available in washroom.room was full of mosquitoes.staff is very lazy and uncooperative.only good thing was their food.
