It took some time to find the hotel. The room was decent. The bed sheet was not cleaned. They don't believe in concept of room keys. Asked to shut the door and it will automatically get locked. When you return they will open with master key. There was no hot water to take shower. Staff was courteous

Though Hotel is located in the heart of the city, but not a good choice. Don't go by the pics posted on the websites.Hotel not managed by Hotel professionals. Neither it is clean and maintained. Rooms are up to the standards.I have stayed couple of times here and I must say this is so far the best hotel in Ambala . My needs were very well addressed by the GM. This hotel is situated at right location near to Bus stand and railway station but really not worth of the money you pay. Rooms are not hygienic at all. You can see the wall plaster falling on floor.
