Rooms lacked the 'posh factor'. The reception management could be more courteous and learn more about hospitality management. The backup generator was out of order due to which we had to endure about an hour in dark room. Wifi was also not working. There was no freshener in the bathroom. Considering

One of the best hotel to stay in Rajkot. Staffs are very good and friendly.Manager Dilip is such nice person and helpful providing best service in hotel.Foods are so testy mind blowing 🤯 Parking car is little bit issues can’t park more then three cars in hotel.Awesome place to stay…I strongly recom

Check in was abysmal; I asked for breakfast at 7 a.m. and was told no. bathroom very shabby. Not worth the 4000 charged per night. Very very disappointed by this hotel. Budget Hotel , Cannot make from outside . Its very simple from outside .Not much fancy . Rooms good and clean and spacious . Take the superior room . Good Hotel at that price .Breakfast ok. 2 items available but good . Dont expect too much .So what you pay you get equally .

it is situated in the middle of city.outlook of hotel is good .reception staff is good and cooperative. parking space is not proper. room service in morning hours was not good due to less staff. complementary breakfast is average. executive rooms are good and value your money.
