Stayed a while, paided $$400r a night for private double, good people work and live here, eaten good food with great atmosphere. Rented bikes from them to see the sites for $150, helped is plan next trip for great price better than anywhere else, left hugging the staff not a handshake......

We booked this guesthouse mostly based on it being recommended by Lonely Planet as we didn't want to turn up in Hampi with no accommodation booked.We were met by one of the staff who was friendly enough but didn't seem to know who we were - he insisted we had phoned him from Goa when we hadn't even

We stayed in the cabana with the bathroom just next to the rice paddy, with the boulder views and cicadas and frogs lulling you in the night. Nice, peaceful nd relaxed place. Children could play in the garden and we could read in the hammock. Sunny Guest House is very close to the Hampi Bazaar ferry

After so many mixed reviews on the homestays/ hostels on Hippy Island we decided to wander around and check them out for ourselves (staying the first night over the temple side) before booking here. I stayed here 3 nights and 4 days in the month of Sep 2015.Its very decent and reasonable as compared to other guest houses.The owner is a very good person and very hospitable one.The food in the restaurant was awesome.Room and bathroom were clean and hygienic. Hampi is a must visit historical place

We slept in huts with private bathrooms and hot water (shower with “bucket”) for a few hours in the morning and few hours in the afternoon (good conditions comparing to the other places we saw in hampi). The restaurant is really nice and inviting and the food is good. Watch out of the frogs! ;)

The huts are very basic but come at a budget price. Double bed with mosquito net, private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower - cold water only. The on-site restaurant does a variety of different food from around the world, again at budget prices. The gardens are a great place to chill in hammocks
