It was a nice experience. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Regarding, Food and accommodation all the participants appreciated a lot. Participants came from various locations and the location of hotel was easy to reach. Would love to recommend for having officials conference and workshops here.

Horrible service, the staff do not know how to speak to their guests, they made me feel as if they did a favour by having me stay at the hotel even though I paid for the room. Be very careful as they will find weird ways to charge you for things that you cannot imagine. They made me change rooms to

Very well managed hotel in a very good location, people are friendly and helpful,buffet lunch and dinner every day is tasteful and reasonably priced. Housekeeper boy Palto is hard working,helpful and informative. Sovrani is a good choice if you need to stay in Salt lake.
