service was very good, staff were compassionate, specially prepared food for our baby. Breakfast provided was fulfilling with 3-4 dishes. Front office was very responsive to requests. Room was clean and well maintained. Will stay there again.

Visited Amazon lounge, were pretty much impressive with the service from the head bartender Midhun & his team . Here by couple of things need to mentioned for the management attention. Rooms were good but need renovations works. Toilets were bit old and smelly. Management must take care of it. Other than that its a decent stay 👍🏼 parking space for cars were good but for bikes it was a bit of issues.

Rain rain rain... it poured down inside and outside all night. The proprietor shrugged his shoulders but took £65 for the night last-minute booking. Why have I got to write 200 characters when I've said What I need to say. I have sixteen more.

Stayed in Sea Pearl,liked the interior.Rooms are clean and neat,f/o staff did a brilliant job during check in check out and stay.Room service was very quick,quality of food and breakfast should have been better.

Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff. My room had been very, very clean and i would book this Hotel again. Unfortunately is there no wifi in the room, but in the Lobby it works unobjectionable. The two Dining halls are impressively.

The rooms very small but comfortable.One thing to point out was that there was no chair or a stool in the room .Food department scores poorly .No continental dishes available,and available Local dishes were not tasty.Reception desk were friendly .All in all a nice hotel with lot of scope for improve

This is one of the best hotel in Kollam. Its really nice and well trained staff which attend to any need of yours. Also the food and the cuisines are extraordinary.Mr.JIBI is very helpfull he brief everything before the chek-in. the person who approched to me (JIBI) Is the an asset of the hotel.The
