Overall a very good and comfortable stay. Nice and cooperative staff right from darban to room service. Most important is Rajesh and Roshni are very keen and polite every time. Its one of the coldest and best 5 star property in lucknow. Will visit again and again for sure.

Rooms do not have safe, cupboard to store and hang clothes or furniture to put suitcases on and open. The check in counter has only 2 desks. Folks are polite. I had stayed in Lucknow from 1975-88.So this trip was very special for me. I had heard about Clarks Avadh but never got chance to visit. The hotel is great. Staff very professional and courteous. It was mainly Mr Aniket in the Reception who helped us a lot - not just in giving the Best possible room
