Great stay and very helpful staff really felt comfortable during the time and staff helped in every way possible. Will surely recommend to others as well. Apart from that the restaurant staff was very polite.

Simply fantastic stay! Authentic food, helpful staff—especially Ayush at the front desk, who is always smiling and ready to help. Comfortable beds and an impressive lobby. Highly recommend for a memorable visit to Lucknow! Truly it is value for money if you are someone looking for it

The hotel had a very Very prompt room service and staff service at all events. The food fot all the days was also very comforting and tasty. Will visit tgr hotel again on my next visit for sure.Keep up the good work

Shubham and Ayush were very helpful with our entire stay. They made us feel like we are staying at home and their hospitality is warm and welcoming. Their service is topnotch. Looking forward to spending more stays at Damsonplum with the entire family!

Everything was good from rooms to staff and food, The open view from balcony was also good. Washroom was also nice. Staff was helpful. One recommendation is that they provide more food options in their round the clock menu
