I been staying in Levana for business visits for 4-5 times in last few yrs. The room lacks fresh air, may be due to the prolonged lock down. The breakfast spread has really gone down. The hotel will not even ready to spare an extra bottle of water apart from its one litre quota. Now this is very bad

This is the worst hotel i have come across over the years I have travelled. I had an official tour to Lucknow and i choose this hotel in hazratganj, no doubt the interior built and rooms are very good however the service is very very very pathetic. The most annoying staff and lazy slow moving staff.

It was a very pleasant stay at Levana, the staff, especially Jyoti, made it very comfortable and I felt safe staying there. Everything was sanitised and room was well sanitised.In COVID times, overall cleanliness and hygiene is quite integral and this was taken care off well at Levana.
