We booked 2 executive double rooms in the hotel with high expectations. However since the time we entered the hotel, the experience was pathetic. Very nice and clean, very nice behaviour.satisfied with overall service. Could add a hand shower in the bathroom, it's useful for elder parents and kids. Located at the central of the city, it's easier to move anywhere within the city. Overall very good experience

Great location, metro is close by and you can easily reach Airport. It’s a good property but looks like completely mismanaged. Issues are - No hot water in the room inspite of multiple reminders - tap water in the wash basic no hot water- in washbasin water gets clogged - one my colleague got locked

Nice hotel, a few niggles like mosquitos etc were sorted out promptly. Overall a good experience, bit could have been much better.Manish Singh was the supervisor for housekeeping was of great help and was very polite.

Overall experience was good. The staff was polite and happy to help. The breakfast was average, menu had options for everyone. The south Indian cuisine were like Northern sytle South Indian. The rooms were clean and decent sized. Housekeeping had missed to kept the towels which they provided later.
