The rooms are spacious, comfortable and marble top long tables attached to the wall best suited to keep the luggage. The bathroom spacious with uninterrupted hot water supply. The upholstery is neat and clean with the bath towels as white as snow. The house keeping staff is very fast to respond to

The facilities were excellent and the staff were even better. The staff from housekeeping to the free breakfast (incl Ms. Rakki and Mr. Maloy) were very attentive to my needs and made sure I had all I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

buffet breakfast spread is very good. staffs are very polite. Meenakshi in front desk is very co-operative in assisting the customers on their queries. but sandwich (600) is very expensive.. Rooms were sanitized and kept neat other than few electrical sockets which was not working. Maintenancy guys

While relocating from Pune to Madurai, we stayed at Fortune Pandian for nearly 10 days and had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. Mr. Vasu at the reception was really humble and made sure we had a smooth check-in since we were travelling with a 2 year old toddler who was sick at that time.
