We were a group of 20 people staying during new year's time and our accommodation was made so comfortable by the hotel staff. the rooms were clean and ready to check in. We visited McLeod Ganj for 3 day trip and it was really a pleasant stay at this hotel. Post booking I gave a single call to hotel for airport pick up from Dharamshala and all was arranged seamlessly. The hotel has a great location just at the bottom of beautiful trekking routes. The room is well equipped - per request one gets a heater and hair dryer. The food is delicious. But the best is the staff - so friendly, helpful and professional! Thank you!

It was a great stay at Shivani international. We stayed there for two days. Surjeet made our stay comfortable by helping us in early check-in and guiding us on travelling part as well. Food and room service was also up to the mark.
