room service is very poor, room maintenance also very poor. (Bath shower is 100% defected in the room) and tea pot also not in working. In past years service is excellent but this time i cant believe about so bed experience. May be COVID-19 behind.

Having stayed in the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Merut, I can say without a doubt that it was amongst the worst hotels I have visited. Our room can only be described as an un-hygienic and broken down mess. The first thing I noticed was that the carpets were unclean and sheets had not been

Hotel services was not good they wants money for everything.They charge rupee for even a single spoon. One of his person charged me extra charge for stay. And when i talked to his manager he also demand me this.

Average Hotel 3 star property Hospitality lacking, staff is also not very helpful and professional.. Empathy missing . Room Service is also poor you need to remind them multiple times..Food is also ok...not very good..Recommended only for short stays..
