Took me an hour to order food via scan code, which didnt work, asked for hard copy of menu which they said they didnt have, and then finally someone got an old hard copy. While much is wanting where room hygiene is concerned! The staff is absolutely friendly, warm and welcoming.The mirror in the room had stains that gave a spooky vibe. I had to request the dustbin in the bathroom be changed as it was covered with stains, which staff did in minutes. There was no heati
