The Hotel Was very nice and the staff was very cooperative. Mainly Mr Amit was very polite and give us a good service in front office. The Room service was not able to pick the phone please improve the quality of room service. The location of this hotel was very nice.

My friend stayed there I went to meet him .and I was so satisfied with the services provided by the staffs there .so courteous . they are really using each and every regulations by the government for this covid 19 . using sanatizer frequently using mask . whole hotel is using sanatisation . tremendo

First of all they allotted was a very dirty room. Bed sheet was clearly used and the pillow was yellow and also very dirty. Floor was full of dust. No one had cleaned the room before they alloted us, no one wears mask staff including. Receptionists and kitchen staff freely moved without any Covid p

Stayed for 5 days. It was the worst experience ever I had with any hotel starting with the check in and throughout the stay. I booked Patliputra Exotica for Annual day event for our company. Hall Greenville was spacious , food taste was good , service person are really cooperative.
