The all hotel staffs including reception, house keeping etc are very cooperative.However, few more things may be incorporated in future.For example:1. Location in center of the city and quite a ready city view & very good hospitality. I won't definitely recommend this and planning on visiting again. Visiting in peak winter season of February this year with night temp dropping to 6C but hotel was comfortable even in that temparature.

Comfortable and Cosy rooms, very cordial and friendly staff, good food great ambience! Upon request, room decorations and candle light dinner can be arranged. Food was good and worth the cost !! 2 min walk to the local market. Overall a Cute package for tourists looking for stay options at the heart

It is a very bad hotel. It shouldn't get 3 stars it is only a 1 star hotel and still under construction. The only good point about the hotel is that it is located at the main market area of Shillong. They charged me 7500 inr per night per room. The rooms were very poorly maintained. the putty from the wall was peeling off. They dont have any room heating arrangement. They even did not supply and coffee

This is one of the worse hotel I would say. Rooms are too small. Don't have any decent breakfast room. Breakfast menu are very very limited. Dinner will not be served after 9.40 pm. Not at all a good hotel to stay. They charge heavy amount and don't give proper service. I requested for chair in the morning got it in evening after at least 10 reminders.
