This hotel is good to visit during spring, summer and fall. It is not good to visit during winter. On our arrival (January 06, 07 and 08, 2020) the Polo Hotel was Ice bitter cold. We were assigned our room and when we went in it was frigid ice cold in the room. The room only had one small space

Polo tower Shillong is situated adjacent to a road which sees dense traffic throughout the day . The rooms donot have any kind of sound proof windows to cut the noise of the honking. The room has outdated furniture , peeling paint , very small bathrooms with a strong disgusting odour ,dirty dusty
