The resort is in a great location. For a five star property, however, we felt let down. We stayed in an executive suite which has two rooms and a living area but even that felt small and congested. The hotel can’t justify itself as a 4* property in terms of the facilities at the property itself and their front desk staff. They do not revert to calls made on the website number for queries.
