In these testing times of covid, hotel management team is doing great job. Properly sanitized rooms and furniture, staff is also taking full precautions. During check in all the luggage are sanitized by the staff. Great food and ambience. A safe place to stay.

Very bad experience not expected from 5 star hotel like Ramada . They didn’t provide welcome drink on arrival. They didn’t provide drinking water. On asking water they ask for empty bottles for water . AC was not working despite repeated calls they didn’t send any mechanic for AC repairing. I book

This is more like a 3 star hotel than 5 star. We went to ramada expecting this to be a 5 star property. The rooms are good and well maintained but room service needs far more improvement.
