We had a family function here. Food and services were good. The hall's matting was not that good, it feels cheap. Otherwise the party went well and we had fun in there. It was a night party and the lighting was good enough.

We were in a group of 40. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Hotel staff was very prompt and helpful in attending to our group. Breakfast wasn't very elaborate yet adequate to meet varied demand of our group.

The Room is so spacious and had a lot of furniture but seems no maintenance. There was no proper breakfast buffet though it was mentioned. Restaurant very crowed and so loud music. May be good if going with friends and family for fun.

Wonderful and Clean property with nice huge lawn, Room was spacious and clean. Have faced few problems with relate to phone ,AC and other stuffs but staff was too supportive to fix this. Housekeeping staff was friendly and professional. Would like to thanks each and everyone who made my stay comfort

I stayed there for one night. The room had no key. The telephone was too old .No one answered even after 5 calls. Not expected from "so called " 4 star-hotel. It should be labelled as 1 star instead. It was too pricy for one night with poor services.

Too bad a hotel. In my entire history of travelling I have never underwent such an experience. They offered us room no 303 which had nails all over the floor. Kindly view pics to belive. Am going to sue them for sure!!

Excellent property. One of the best hotel in Patiala, I have stayed in couple more in Patiala. The staff, though very courteous, is very lethargic. Food and its presentation are very very good. Stayed here for a week on business and it was hell! The worst part is that it's the nicest hotel in Patiala if you can even fathom that! If you must visit Patiala I suggest staying an hour away in Chandigarh where the airport is. I am told the hotels are better there, but cannot confirm nor deny.

Pathetic situation. No body is there to listen you. Although one of the renowned hotel of Patiala but not worth it. Management and stiff not able to help you. also no help in terms of medical problem. Faced it there. Room service very poor. Rooms are not cleaned properly and many more to say.
