Rooms are very basic and poorly maintained, the hotel is adjacent to the road to Chandigarh so expect traffic noise to disturb you always if the room is road facing; and the room tariffs are quite high for the facil

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and for two days from 7th Feb to 10th Feb 2012. For two days there was no hotwater for shower and in biting cold I had to take cold showers both the mornings.
