The reception was good and rooms were nice too. Breakfast was good and food made in the restaurant was tasty. Management can be improved a bit but nonetheless the property is being maintained in good way. Would recommend all to give it a try.

Room is spacious but there is odd smell in the room. The room phone is also not working. There is whole in the bed side stool. Food quality is good. People are polite and helpful. Check in and Check out were smooth.

AC and TV and landlines were not working. The room we got was in basement-without AC it feels suffocating.We repeatedy informed the manager to correct the ac or change the room। But at 11pm in night they told they can't correct the ac or can't change the room.at midnight we can't even change our hot

Nice hotel. Best is the hotel-staff. Each and every staff is dedicated and sensitive to the requirement of boarders. I'd like to mention specifically about Shubhojit Chatterjee, the Restaurant Captain. Great service. Best wishes to all.

Nice place to be. Staffs are very cordial and well behaved. Food quality and qnty are very well maintained when there is heavy footfalls. I give a thumps up to them. I would also recommend others to be here.

Pathetic food service.. No refills done during buffet dinner. Sweets were finished even before we began dinner. Very bad service when you come across big groups accompanying you. No proper management. Non Co operative staff. Could not accommodate any request. Very less food options in buffet.
