Hotel ke staff bahut hu acha hai room ki or bathroom ki cleaning bhut achi lagi or parking bhi bhut achi hai only room me ek hitter ki kami hai or blanket ki or sab kuch ache se maintain kar rakha hai

The AC was working but the breakfast spread was mediocre. Could do better. As a solo traveller and someone who had had a very long journey, the seamless check-in service and clean rooms were a God-sent.

If you are planning to visit Shillong with ur frnds family or alone , and u are looking for a good option to stay there, u may prefer this hotel. it is in really good location and it is decorated beautifully.

Good place location also good Staff were very helpful I was too happy they were very supportive and they help me a lot. The ambience is good I spent quality time with my husband we got much enjoy there you can also visit with your family

Really superb stay!!! The view from the hotel is so good everybody's enjoyed staffs were also pretty kind to us I think the count of staffs could be increased in the coming days to improve the service and also can have more option in the breakfast also!! Otherwise it was a good stay
