We tried to search for hotels that had a view of the Taj Mahal when we came across this hotel. Pictured was a rooftop view, which we were unable to actually see. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and the live music was incredibly charming. Food was great! They offered a puppet show which was

Spent a few days in Agra viewing the Taj, fort and other main sites with a guide. The hotel is comfortable and great value, rooms are clean with all amenities, pool and restaurant, the view from upstairs is amazing. Staff behaviour is worst than ever. There's a guy Om Prakash Yadav who behaves like a hostel warden and unfortunately they call themselves 4 star hotel. Room had smell of seepage, no hygiene whatsoever. Housekeeping staff won't change linens while handing over rooms to new guests. TV wouldn't work,
