Staff behaviour is worst than ever. There's a guy Om Prakash Yadav who behaves like a hostel warden and unfortunately they call themselves 4 star hotel. Room had smell of seepage, no hygiene whatsoever. Housekeeping staff won't change linens while handing over rooms to new guests. TV wouldn't work,
