The format office and reception team was problem..solving and customer focussed , they used to resolve each and every, even the small queries.Hats off to maintenance and safety team as they came to my room tw

The first room allocated had several problems, a gap in the window let too much noise in, it was very close to the road traffic. However the reception staff responded well to our complaints and helped us with a plug adapter and to eventually change the room. The Evening buffet and breakfast were ver

Nicely furbished large rooms but uses old electrical wall plugs and had not upgraded to USB wall plugs. An old hotel in the heart of city centre which is convenient to go to nearby shops for jewels, carpet, woolen scarfs, carpet, fine paintings. Buffet breakfast was mixture of Western and Indian, ra

Howard Agra is a really nice place, gives a premium feeling without paying much of a premium price. Even better is the location at which the place is located. One small suggestion/feedback would be to provide a towel near the bathroom entrance to avoid room getting dirty. We were even allowed to keep

This hotel was probably the most luxuous hotel during our trip but also the most impersonal. The rooms are large, clean. The staff is friendly. The restaurant situated on the last floor offers good, tasty food but we came in rather late and felt a little bit alone in that big restaurant (3 or 4 othe

The hotel building is quite big and in a nice location in Fatehabad Road. Its near to the eastern gate side of Taj Mahal. Outside of the hotel building is quite specious unlike some other big hotels. A number of vehicles also can be parked within the hotel premises. Inside the hotel building also, l

We stayed two nights and that was plenty. The room itself was OK, but the bathrooms are desperately in need of refurbishment. The taps and showerhead were badly pitted and rusty and the grout and silicone around the bath was dirty. It wasn't pleasant at all. I did express my concerns to the hote
