Excellent location just few mins to Agra Fort & Taj Mahal, very helpful Staff, Delicious food and most importantly comfortable rooms.Though room floors & mattresses need updating but still very comfortable.Very accommodating Front Desk Team, Restaurant Staff ( Satish the best server ), Room Service

The Retreat is centrally located ( 1.9km from the Taj Mahal ) and so we were able to cover everything in just 2 days. We were greeted well on the first day by the hotel staff and were escorted into our rooms. We had 2 double bed rooms because we were travelling in a family of 3 adults and 2 kids. We

This hotel is in a poor location, would not recommend staying as you are far from everything. Unsuitable for exploration of the area. Staff were not helpful in helping us find a local restaurant to eat. They pointed us down a dark road with no restaurants and could only recommend the hotel bistro. W

Terrible hotel. Pictures on website must have been when it originally opened. Traveler beware it’s not maintained and service is equivalent. Outside of the hotel being terribly maintained you can tell they are penny pinching by not turning on all lights making the public areas look dark and unappeal

Here is what we liked about The Retreat. The room (superior double) was spacious, modern and clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. There was lots of fruit at breakfast, and the breakfast omelette was good. Here is what we did not like: Lousy wifi. No help at all when we asked about the wifi.

An oasis in the chaos that is Agra. It is not exactly near to any of the sights and the Metro construction works nearby do not help. However the hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Good food in the restaurant and some nice local eateries nearb

The retreat agra was an experience to remember . The hotel was not even fully operational due to the ongoing covid 19 situation but still they did not hesitate to cater to all the needs for the comfort of their guests. It was outstanding to say the least . The trip was an affair to remember.

My experience with the hotel was quite disappointing. The room service was subpar, and many of the appliances were either in poor condition or not functioning at all. Even basic toiletries were not provided in the room and had to be requested separately, which is far from what one would expect at th

We stopped for 1 night, we had a large room with a separate put up bed for the third adult which wasn't comfortable. The shower room was a good size. The room had a fridge, safe and kettle.There are about 6 sunbeds by the pool, towels provided too... it looks nothing like the photos...the wooden pl
