We were extremely disappointed to have a terrible experience at a so called “5 star” The Fern Ahmedabad. 1. after calling many hotels like Hyatt, Novotel and Radisson, I chose fern because they have driver accommodation and we needed that 2. Very good service and hospitality specially by Mr. Vinay, Mr. Ankit and Mr. Sagar. The rooms were also properly cleaned and sanitized and the food was also very delicious. We really enjoyed the stay there.
