Quite a disappointment on many levels,  to begin with the Lobby is on a higher level ( about 20 feet high), the ramp leading up to the lobby is very poorly designed, extremely steep & inconvenient for cars, they skid while going up... in addition, if you hv to tread by walk, you had it, it is very s

Staff not of Taj ‘s standard . Lady at the Shamiana Restaurant is very inefficient. Tends to forget quickly the guest’s room number . I had breakfast for 7 days straight ,still she kept asking me my room number to an extent where she started asking my second name to cross refer it with the Hotel ‘
