Hotel offers dirty bed sheets and pillow covers and comforter covers. Housekeeping staff sustifies dirty sheets reasoning as lack of laundry availability near hotel. Big agony...Staff sustifies that all hotels offer similar way dirty sheets .. too bad.Very bad 1st and last experience at clarks

The serving facility was so poor... staff behaviors was so bad and rude.. they don't give anything regarding personal stuff in room.. the food was also not good in taste . all over the experience was so terrible .. I was not expected like this ... please improve these things ...
