Overall it was a great property and the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The dinner and breakfast buffet were limited and fixed but what was served was tasty. We loved the overwhelming services provided by the managing team and the food was great, special thanks to Monika, she was very polite and generous to us. Her communication skills were wonderful and pleasing. In the end everything turned out to be perfectly fine.I loved my stay at Grand Xenia

I was enforced new year celebration fees of around 5k, which they said is mandatory. In my case, I booked via MakeMyTrip & found this information regarding late in MMT app.It was poor experience in case.Pros:1. Service was good2. Breakfast was good3. The hotel staff is rude and the location is set wrong on Google maps to attract customers. It says 200-250 meters away from station and than you end up in front of a bank but not a hotel. The hotel is on foy sagar lake road and it is not even a constructed road. The only way to get in and out is 9A

Manager named Mr. Choudhary is very rude. The checkin process of this hotel is pathetic the checkin time is 12PM and even if they provide you the room by 2PM you will be lucky. So i would suggest come after 2PM if you want the room. Ever after getting the room after so much time we realised the hand
