Nice stay. Good ambience. Location is great. Staffs are so cooperative.. Just I like to add some suggestions which I experienced in other hotels but not here. You should provide bathroom sleepers, tooth brush and some complements like cookies and soft drink in fridge...Thanku so much for the hospitality!!wonderful experience at Cruise restaurant. Thanku so much for the hospitality!!wonderful experience at Cruise restaurant. We really had a good Fooding experience as well as the behaviour towards guest were too good.The hospitality was super good along with all the services offered.

JW Cruise hotel is a luxurious accommodation option in town. It offers the best suites to stay in, accompanied by beautiful views. Its rooftop restaurant serves a variety of cuisine and sunset/lake views are incredible. The dining experience is enjoyable overall.Great Hospitality.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Bathroom was in awful condition with no hot water in it even in winters. In-room dining is pathetic, considering the quality as well as the serving and cooking instructions were not met. Food was tasteless ( please carry salt and pepper to make it suits

Hotel is very good , well connected with the city, food is good specially the roof top restaurant is very nice . Reception staff Priyanka and Muskan were very welcoming. Highly recommended . View is very good

This trip is my wonderful trip , I came here with my friend ,we enjoyed ,Food was tasty , Room was well decorated with full services more space in the room , Staff was helpful , Special thanks to Reception team who gave us upgrade room. Really its a my memorable trip .

It was a great experience with JW cruise hotel Ajmer,We found a beautiful hotel in Ajmer,where we found spacious room with all amenities also they have rooftop restaurant where you can find Anasagar and city view,the food was super delicious,I really recommend for this property
