Music was being played at pool side till midnight and again it started at 6 pm . Could not sleep . Do not understand why hotels like these take bookings if the guest in the hotels can't sleep Would not recommend this hotel . Staying away from city atleast one should get a peaceful sleep .

It was a nice experience . Ambience and front office staff was Awesome. Services and food was also good. I would suggest people to go to Ramada rather than taking risks looking for other places. Staff was very hard-working .

Old hotel , needs to up its game in terms of product and service .The rooms are in bad shape , appear unclean especially furniture and fixtures . The curtains seem to have been there ,and not cleaned , since the hotel possibly opened ! The Aircon is musty and needs serious overhaul . Is a health haz

Pathetic stay. We stayed for 1 night in Ramada ajmer while coming back from Jaisalmer. we checked in around 8.00 p. m. As we were continuously driving since last 10 hrs we were very tired and wanted to take a bath but to our surprise there was no hot water available in both the rooms booked by us.

Hello, we came to Hotel Ramada in the year 2021, very good facilities were found. But at present we have more than 150 people present in the hotel from July 26 to July 29, 2023. This time the hotel received very poor service, neither dental and shaving kit was provided in the room, nor the tea rece
