Dr Sreedevi was a knowledgeable and Vijay the Manager were welcoming and accommodating, the therapists were professional and knowledgeable in their assistance to our well being. Chef is exceptional and staff as well. Will return to experience panchakarma and cabins by the Backwaters lake resort!
