Hotel Ramakant located opposite of Alibag bus stand was the most disappointing experience during our stay in Alibag. Rude receptionist, no intent to help or listen. Strongly recommend not to visit unless it’s one’s last option.

Had a couple stay for 2 nights at this hotel and got a excellent cheap rate on a weekend.The best thing about this hotel is that they own a inhouse famous restaurant.The location is great as it connects all the tourists spots.Also it is bang opposite the bus standIndeed a great memorable.Would love

I visited this hotel on 19 May 2012. I booked this hotel in advance. On arrival they offered me Non –AC room instead of AC. When asked why? Hotel manager said “Tum Mera Kuchh Nahi Bigad sakte , hotel booking is not refundable “ . Imagine you arrive at hotel after travelling from Mumbai for 3 hours

Manager is of third class level ... he dont have sence of talking to customers. Cant understand banking transaction also... why such waste people open hotels better do something else which he can understand. This hotel should be removed from site also .... Such a poor dealing.

Manager is very cheap person.. I think he is owner only....really he dont have sence of talking to customers. hotel also worst.. Beds were of very small size. Even bed sheets were dirty. Hotel Ramakant, Worst Hotel in Alibaug.

Rates are too higher then room condition.Reception person are too rude, manners less , if you want to stay u have to tel them all the things like clean the room n etc....Worse hotel worse service and most important manners less reception person.

pure veg hotel...actually hard to find at sea places ..so that's good that they are serving only vegetarian food....location in the market,walking distance from hotel to alibagh beach is 10min,room tariff not to costly. ..infrastructure wise little old overall we frnz njyed here
