The hotel location is in the heart of the city. The rooms are very good and the restaurant is one of the finest in the city. Room service quality is decent and the overall ambiance is good. Tarrifs are on the higher side.

Aligarh city does not have many good hotels and there are very few good hotels near AMU, best thing about this hotels is its location its around 1-2 Km from Centre Point( Main Attraction in City) and very close to Abdulla College( one of the University college) , my experience was good with the staf

This is so far best property you'll find in Aligarh. Rooms are very neat and clean, perhaps you can't expect those kind of rooms in Aligarh except in this hotel. Food is very delicious. Stayed for one night during official visit. This is the worst hotel I have come across. There is no concept of service in the hotel. It is not that the tariff is less but the attitude is horrible. Stayed in Melrose inn for one night. Despite best effort, could not locate a decent place in Aligarh to stay. What a shame. The whole city is so dirty and ill kept. Terrible Experience at the front desk only, the staff was not at all interested in doing the job, refuse to provide a room as the cleaning was going on and after 1.5 hour the situation was same. After wasting my alot of time i moved to Royal Residancy......and luckly its a Heaven.

The rooms smell of God knows what and they are extremely stuffy. The restaurant is very poorly maintained and there is no upkeep. Didnt have much interaction with the staff though however they seemed to be quite OK.The view of the rooms is actually nauseating. No wifi connetivity. But there are not
