I must say that post Covid 19, hospitality has changed 360 ,at the check in desk GM Mr Praveen Aggarwal was himself coordinating Thermal scanning,offering mask and pock size sanitizer ,staff was wearing face shield,gloves mask etc ,it appeared at one moment that we have arrived in Space.......... I stayed at Ramada for 3 nights around christmas of 2020. With the ongoing covid pandemic , they gave utmost importance to sanitation and hygiene. On 25th November I hosted my brothers wedding in Hotel Ramada, Aligarh. Ramada is the only hotel associated with International chain in Aligarh and their rooms, facilities , food and specially staff is excellent in terms of service. It is a nice Hotel in Aligarh district. Services are warm and staff is helpful. Mr Zuberi made the trip more comfortable by adding the required items. Would refer to my friends to stay there whenever they visit to Aligarh.
