It is a Nice clean hotel on busy street. Self with 2 collogues booked 3 rooms here for a night for business purpose. And our experience turned out really good. We the family of 5 persons stayed 6-7 April 2022. It's a terrible experience. Toiletries were not provided. every time we had to call for providing the things. tea bags sugar creamer were given by counting on the basis of one piece for one person. we booked three rooms and every time we had to tell

The room was given without cleaning, without changing the bed linens, towels and toiletries. The staff did not bother even after repeated complaining. Those were changed only next day morning. Restaurant was expensive. Overall a very bad and pathetic experience even after paying over Rs 5000 per ni

We had arrived as a group with Explore Worldwide by train from Agra that morning and we were taken here for breakfast.Very nice omlette, toast, coffee, masala chai, pastries, coffee and fruit. Very good service by the waiting staff. Very nice entrance hall - clean and tidy with lots of marble.

My 2 month stay at Milan had been truly homely. Manoj sir, Roshan sir, vishwakarma sir and sneha ma'am and chef Chandan had been of immense support. Their warmth and concern made the stay memorable. They ensured proper hygiene, comfort and follow a customer first approach. I would highly recommend
