We stayed at one of the beaver bungalows. They are roomy, nice interior. It was weekend, the place was crammed. You could hear people talking until the early morning hours. Taking a shower proved to be difficult, suddenly the water stopped completly and I was still full of soap.... Beside that everthing else was up to our expectations. Clean, nice staff. The location of the hotel which is right over the river is just awesome !We stayed in Elephant Park 1 and 2 and the rooms are big comfortable stone cottages with all modern amenities, and the fact that you can listen to the river flowing below you all the time is an enchanting experience. Convenient for Corbett national park as is 6 km outside the gates.Fairly modern buildings but does not seem to be maintained. There is a hot water tank in the room which did work but don't spend too long in the shower. We had to fill up the tank in the toilet to flush it otherwise would not flush
