A beautiful property just on the outskirts of Alwar, about 20 minutes to the city. So you can get access to Alwar, but still live in the peace of the village. An old heritage haveli converted to a hotel. Stayed in the cottages which was a walk to the Haveli (housed the restaurant and some rooms). We have just had 6 days in Burja haveli near Alwar and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The hotel manager had a very good command of English and took care of our every need. Our room was light filled, comfortable and well maintained and we slept well. We enjoyed the food which was Indian style

Honestly I got carried away by earlier reviews. But after stay of 3 nights I realised the place is overrated. I get the part that it is a 2/3 star property so amenities would be matching that. However, this place disappointed me a lot. Biggest disappointment was their food and next was their infra.

I had checked out with my family members in end December 2019 after seeing the advertisement in social media. The Hotel is quite far (approx 40 kms) from Sariska. It was a great stay with friends, experiencing local music with good food. All the rooms gave a very authentic royal experience. The pool can also be used to beat the heat if required. Burja haveli captures Rajasthani vibes perfectly!
