Excellent customer service and support. Excellent staff dealing. Polite. And much more. Excellent rooms and room service.the food was very good and hygiene. Lift condition was very good. Hot water availability 24hours. Smart tv available.

Hotel melody very nice hospitality in bathinda city. We enjoyed my cousins marriage function in shahnai Banquet Hall at Melody nd here staff very good nd friendly. My here three days stayed all was Good nd here rooms very nice.excellent services thanks to all melody staff

Hotel staff very polite and cooperative .. mostly front desk .i met with a guy who works at front desk Mr Harpreet . He was a nice person and guide me best as well as attend phone calls very carefully and satisfied me... thank you melody☺️

Me and my partner went to this hotel for a night stay and our stay was satisfactory. The room was clean and proper privacy was maintained . The staff was supportive and didn't interfere. The bathroom was clean and service was good

It is a good hotel to be visited for meetings good presentation of food i had visited in September 2019 and i consider it to be a good hotel for meetings to be conducted violin room is good and best plz visit if possible
