During last May I have stayed in this hotel to attend a marraige ceremony. The hotel has several good facilities like furnished rooms, lift, banqet hall, reception hall with a.c etc. But the management is very poor. Lift was not working, there was no back-up generator, toilets in reception hall were

Loved to have my 1 day dinner at the restaurant. The serving of meals is really an eye-catching sight. Couldn't leave hungry from the restaurant. I loved the "Sambhar" and the way it was served. An amazing time having dinner there.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE by Mukeshbhai - he was on night duty from midnight to midday and was very rude, shouting at guests and staff and he couldn't be bothered to do anything. I have stay at hotel Sankalp during Bhavanagar trip. My experience with this hotel was not too good. Hotel room was neat and clean but there was some mosquito inside room. Food was spicey for me. Location was average. Staff was ok in nature.

I stayed here for one night with my family during November 2019. I had worst experience ever in my life during my stay. I have never seen this kind of hotels where there was no staff to attend and to serve you. Rooms were dirty. Washrooms were even worst. Never visit this hotel.
