Things got off to a poor start - it took a while for the front desk staff to find the reservation though Mr Viswanath Singh was aware of my arriving, the window overlooked the interior of the adjacent hotel thus had to keep the curtains drawn, and the wifi and safe did not work. Hotel Pal Heights is one of the good hotel in Bhubaneshwar to stay during pandemic COVID19. Hotel is taking utmost care with all disposable materials which is once used by the guest is advice to take it along with guest or else they destroy it after checkout. This is what is required in pandemic CO

Good food. Very helpful staff. Front desk staff went out of way to help us get transportation to Airport and gave personal attention to all details. Taste of food was authentic and several local delicacies were available. Breakfast spread was also good. Recommended
