Stayed with this property with my extended family for three nights. After seeing the reviews online , quite excited about our stay. However, this property lacks very basic things & hospitality . There is no parking space in this property , you need to park outside on the roadside at your own risk.

The hotel is part of a convention center and the rooms are quite old but maintained decently. Since we got a good deal for the room with food, the stay was worth the amount paid. This time I find the service level of the hotel reduced tremendously. They are working with very few low paying inexperienced staffs which don't understand the value of customer service. Average hotel. Food is average and same menu for diner consecutive day. Staff don’t accept upon reporting the same dinner menu for consecutive days. We had a pleasent stay at the hotel. The staff is welcoming, especially, Ms.Sunita, was prompt enough to address our request to change/upgrade the room as per our need. Food was very good too. Hospitality by Mr Alim, restaurant Manager and all his team was amazing.All in all, we had a great time.
