I was upgraded to Grand room .the room was very good with all amenities.it has the features of a 5 star room, but the exterior of the hotel is very badly maintained, the moment curtain is opened the glass inside as well as out side is too dirty and also pillars amd wall visible from rooms is not cle

Ms. Rupsha working in House Keeping is very good in nature and keep the room cleaned and sanitized time to time. She is very committed to her work. The response is good and she is polite in nature. Satisfied with the house keeping for such a prompt response.

The housekeeping staff was very considerate and cooperative and have been really helpful with everything that we needed during our stay. Laxmi has been very helpful with everything and has been quite supportive with whatever we required. Would recommend this hotel every time anyone needs to stay.

A very good and pleasant stay experience was there. Chicken salad and morning breakfast also super testy and hygienic. Front office staffs, specifically Mr. Zahir and Mr. sumit are there to support round the clock, my best wishes to both of them.
