Stayed just about 20 hours only. Nice property, good location, reasonable size of neat clean room. Most of the electric points for plugs were not working, had difficulty charging Mobile n Laptop.Worst was the killing slow speed of food service.Owner and staff were courteous.

I came to Bikaner only for a few days for work, and stayed at the Desert Winds hotel for two nights. My room was spotless, the sheets were clean, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The family that runs the hotel is extremely kind and helpful (and they speak perfect English). I had some free time

Excellent location ,just near to Fort n market. Neat and Clean place n very good food n not to forget the very warm n helpful owners of the hotel. Staff members are very polite, nice and helpful. We arrived very tired after a long day and we had a nice meal and a good night sleep. We stayed 3 nights and the owner was very helpful with her recommendations. We had a little problem and she and her husband helped us. We met nice people and we will come back here if possible.

i had a 2 nights and a 3 days stay in this hotel which was a complete memorable one. i had a lot all interaction with the hotel's owner and his family who were very welcoming and showed a lot of hospitality. it was an honour for me and my family to stay in this hotel.

The hotel, rooms, help desk, staff, as well as the environment was awesome. It was really very nice experience. room service was highly appreciable , got instant response every time. Highly recommended. Will definitely go again
