Okay, in first instance this hotel looks average but but and but the hospitality is just amazing. If you are family guys, close your eyes and visit. In morning they make breakfast for us and its literally like home cooked food. Tea is also good. Good place

Superb rooms. I followed trip advisor for my stay at bikaner. Kishan palace was the first hotel we visited n we were impressed by the ambiance and hospitality.we had a pleasent stay there. Services were quick n nice. Very helpful manager. Rooms were neat n clean. Also enjoyed our tea n breakfast her

Very interesting historical hotel run by a friendly and accommodating owner. Its an old property with good value for money.Recommended if you want to get a taste of Bikaner from the during the British Raj with some modern amenities like running hot water etc.

We had an excellent stay with Mahendra at Hotel Kishan Palace. This Haveli was the home of his grandfather who commanded the last camel corps of the Indian Army during World War One. The Kishan Palace was an oasis for me. The location is convenient, the rooms are spacious and clean and priced for all budgets. The owner has a hands-on manner and was exceptionally helpful; addressing all the guests many issues personally. I highly recommend this lovely hotel and plan to return!

The two nights I stayed here made my trip to Bikaner worthwhile. Hotel is run by the owner. Yet suffers in upkeep. Staff is not geared up. Linen is just about okay. 3 Towels were given for four of us in two rooms. Bathrooms ran out of water in the middle of night. The owner is very caring but these issues were irritating. Food is just about okay - 5 on 10.Pls don
