The hotel is nothing fancy but clean, well maintained with kind and helpful staff. They have several choices of rooms and I stayed in the deluxe room for 800 INR and loved it. Bargain for the right price they will accommodate almost any budget. The rooms have TV and hot water 24 hours a day and room

We recently visited chamba and stayed in hotel Aroma palace. The location of the hotel is very good. Stay was quite comfortable. Staff of the hotel is very friendly. Food and beverages are sumptuous. Would recommend every one to stay in this fabulous hotel.

Chamba is not a big tourist destination, but it is a busy place, especially at the time when i visited , that was pilgrimage time. The hotel was very busy, and the room not very attractive, but not bad on the Whole.

No value for money Need allot Improvements in all aspects. Basic Room cleaning was Missing forgot about Covid sanitization. Washroom was dirty, floor was not cleaned. I booked it online seeing rating of 3.6 hence thought it could be a good 3 star hotel but it was not. One of their staff was friendly

Excellent room,Excellent view, excellent service. Best thing is its approach. It is very near to Chowgan. Best @ Minjar festival. As compared to hotels in Chamba, this hotel is good enough. Staff is very co-operative. They also help for further tour to Bharmaur.

I spent 3 days in this hotel - food wise average, look wise its OK but room is not good and not furnished.Breakfast was include in price but they didn't provide. only good thing is its located near to temples.

First, I had to find someone who could put toilet paper in my room. A room without windows that could open. Very stuffy, but with air conditioner on high, acceptable. Thin foam bed. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Stayed out as late as possible and left early in the morning. But, did sleep.

Pathetic service.. dirty room and washroom.. bed sheet dirty with holes in it.. no tv service.. upon asking ke got new dish TV set up box installed but connection was not activated.. never ever visit this pathetic hotel.. worst place in chamba
