Checking is pre arranged, very smooth and the room was immediately available despite the early checkin.Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms as well equipped, comfortable (bed is amazing) and quiet.Always returning here for other stays.

We been there for weekend escape. Excellent place in OMR. Their cleanliness is very effective when we enter the room thrir was a sticker which mentioned that room is sanitized giving us a relief. Ms. Tamil and Mr. Sanjay both are very accomodative during our stay

Staff and room were great. The heater/AC were totally silent unlike many hotels. Nice bed and pillows. Shower floor was a bit slippery (tile) so be careful. Would be nice to have a bathtub in the room, but that may be an option that I did not even ask about.

I stayed at the property for 8 nights, and everyday the Novotel team made sure they took care of me. I love my coffee, having about 4-5 cups a day the staff figured this out (probably due to my constant conversation with the in room dining) and setup a coffee making machine in my room! The staff too

We (12 person) had a opportunity to visit the property for an Dinner. The ambiance was great, value the money you spent, had a chance to talk to Chef Muruganantham he helped us explaining the buffet spread and also prepared some special dish. I liked the hospitality. It's my 😍 favorite place to stay in India. Their hospitality is excellent. All the staffs will treat you like a family. That's the best thing. Special mention to front desk team Prabhat and tamil both are so kind. Rooms are well sanitized which is good part in this pandemic situation. Recommending
