The staff at reception was rude and unprofessional. was not fit for hotel industry. He was always busy on his phone and did not keep any of my req/complaints. 1. The door of wardrobe wasnt opening, nothing was done about it.2. TV did not work at all during my stay, staff did not come to check inspit

Awesome stay good property in chikmagalur .They provide tasty breakfast well maintained staff are very friendly and helpfull overall enjoyed the stay for three days in hotel room are very clean Room service was quick. We will suggest this hotel to our friends and family and sure we will visit once

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms are very small and stinky. Even restaurant also. Food is over priced. No damn person care and suggestions also .This hotel will close shortly because of service and maintenance.

awesome hotel very polite and smart staffs ,prime location near govt bus stand and 1km away from railway station ,good parking in the hotel back side and they provided pure veg breakfast ,easy access to all sight seen and mountain,

This property is in the middle of the city . The rooms are near and clean . According to the budget segment this is a good property. The breakfast was ok. The staff are very helpful. The property is middle of all visiting places
