This incredible place was recommended by our travel agent as the perfect spot to unwind during our trip around Rajasthan. The journey from Chittorgarh was long and dusty due to the delay in resurfacing the road, but this will improve when the work is completed. After negotiating the narrow, winding

Both are absolute gentlemen and happy to tell you all their plans for the future of the business. The fort’s location is just breathtaking. Set at the top of sheer cliffs, there are co

I hope to return here someday. I really liked exploring the grounds and crossing a tributary of the mighty river on the swinging cable bridge. We stayed in a large room in the old castle and ate a nice meal prepared by the gracious old noble family.

A magnificent, peaceful, lovingly restored castle perched over the Chambal River. This was our favorite experience in India so far and one of our favorite travel experiences ever -- not just the fort itself, but the rooftop dining, the gardens, and the river ride on the Chambal river. The owner, H
